This 1983 280ZX is one of the last of its kind made.
Still with its original factory champagne color paint. The car had hard life until it got into our house. In 1998 this car got new owners- us. Being the second z in our family, it was very much loved. (The first z was 1983 280zx na I loved the color of that too- red, 5 speed, and it was Targa as well). The car was in a 'very original' condition. It wasn't looked after. The interior was rough, body in excellent condition (but not polished) and motor was running half decent. After an extensive wash and polish the paint work looked A+. With a bit of work on the engine and interior the car got back to its excellent condition.Until it was left to be our transport for good 4 years. The rust started to take over the car with enormous speed and the car had to be sold. $2500AU was the price tag (4 years before, it was bought for $2000AU). It went to 280zx enthusiast who already owned three 280zxs. Good luck to him. |
